I've been car shopping for months and this place was actually somewhat refreshing. I keep experiencing a Jekyll and Hyde scenario with salesmen when it's time to negotiate price and that didn't happen here. I dealt with Lonnie Butler and he was super friendly through the entire shopping experience and I stress *entire* because we did sit down and negotiate price briefly for a used vehicle on their lot. Even though our numbers never quite met and I didn't end up purchasing, he stayed the friendly person that he'd been while we were test driving and that is something that I've discovered to be a pretty rare trait the more I shop for a car!
The best part of the whole experience was the salesman Jack Moore. He worked with me to get me where I wanted to be in terms of payment and months financed. I really appreciate his professionalism and the fact that he was 100% completely honest with me up front. He really cares about the customer and is a real asset to that dealership.i bout one vehicle there before and had a mediocre experience the first time and I will say working with him made it so much better. I will buy my next vehicle from him. Thank you Jack
Bought at another place because of their scummy ad. I bought a car from Texas Best just a couple hours ago and while buying I noticed a Randall Noe billboard nearly in Texas Best lot. This is such a scumbag approach by Randall Noe that it pursued me to not even check out Randall Noe. If a dealer uses scummy tactics like this I can imagine how they would try to screw the customer too due to their lack of ethics and morals.
Worst customer service, sold us a lemon and want to charge for all the repairs a week after we purchased the vehicle. Bought a 2014 edge, off the lot the sync system crashed. I was charged a service fee of $100 and they kept my vehicle for 1 week. After driving off the lot the heater on 1 side was not working, they wanted another service fee though the heater is tied fo the sync system. They are a dealership of thieves and crooks, I will never purchase or servise through the Randall Noe group again. Do not recommend the only reason I gave a star is because it’s the minimum! I also have contacted BBB!
Doesn't seem anything close to a traditional dealership maybe they just moved here or they are about to remodel but this place needs some attention.
