Waited at the table 15 minutes with servers from other sections walking by several times. Never saw the server they said we would get. Finally walked out. Btw it was not crowded or busy.
Always have great food and great service! Their Perfect Margarita and perfectly cooked steaks are my favorites!
Once again disappointed. Took forever to get my beer and for the waitress to take her drink order when she sat at the table. Food took forever to get at are table to and was cold. Not sure what is wrong with Applebee's but from terrell to Tyler and palestine and other east Texas towns service has been terrible.
Met a friend here for a light lunch. We both ordered the grilled chicken caesar salad. The chicken was fine but the lettuce was not as fresh as I expected. Then tried to swipe a gift card at the table, and it kept telling me it expired, so I had to use my credit card. I'll give them one more chance....
