I stayed here for almost a year and have no complaints. Haven't had a single problem. Very quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Wi-Fi can be a little hit or miss but generally reliable. Sites are good sized, well kept and facilities are the same. Owners and the manager have always been reachable and quick to address any questions or requests. Would definitely stay here again, short or long term.
Quiet and clean. Everyone minds their own business. Nice folks run the place.
My husband called and he asked about monthly prices and asked if they had shower and laundry rooms and the lady said yes when they work and then asked what yr our 've was and he told her a 2007 and she said oh no we don't except anything 10 yrs and older and then asked for pictures so my husband sent her a pic well we have a corner trim on the front that came loose no mind u our trailer is white and he put why tape on it so it wouldn't cause damage while being moved well she saw the tape and flat out said your trailer isn't welcome in my park....how rude and she was so hateful on the phone..well we are a member to several th groups and we are putting the word out about this park..he even made a report to the better business bureau...i hope this gets around because a lot of rivers have trailers over 10 yrs old.. I hope she isn't the owner and the owner gets wind of this if she is well we are spreading the word all over Facebook and the traveling mags..amd there are signs that says if u have kids monthly rentals not welcome please help spread the word..
We had a great experience. Spent 2 weeks and were treated great. Yes there was noise from interstate, but other than that everything was very nice and very close to so many places, and we would recommend to anyone, and yes if we go back we would go back there.

They are more worried about the look and year of my trailer i called and she texted me back and asked what year my trailer was i said a 2007 and she said nothing over 10 yrs old what a joke and the place isnt that nice as it is..there are alot better places close by and cheaper..i found out today they have sex offenders living there
