So, there is not a zero star option or that would have been my rating! My experience was awful. This attorney has ZERO fight in her. I was taking my ex husband back to court to change our custody agreement. I think she gave up the second she knew my ex was using RB Pool even though she talked a big talk in her office. My ex shows up to court with a very old photo of my current husband being inappropriate, claims that I let my kids skip school and dont make them do homework which I offered to pull up parent portal to prove that it wasnt true only to have Linda tell me it doesnt matter anyway because my husband now has a trash mouth and was a racist. Which were all hear say there was no real proof of any of this just my ex trying to manipulate (I warned her about this from the start). She then looked at my daughter and told her it was all her fault that she couldn't live with us because of text she had sent to her dad that had been twisted. I had photos of my ex's hand print on my childs rear and paper work from a detective saying something was going on in the ex's household, open child advocacy case saying the girls were being truthful. Who's side was she on? She was paid to be on mine but never acted like it. I was done and determined to clear the accusations, I then hired Michelle Chaney (well worth the extra money I can't praise her enough!!) and now have primary custody of my girls. Michelle took the time to do her job and fight for my girls and prove that my ex husband was what my kids said he was and got old claims about us thrown out. She wasn't scared of RB Pool. Dnt waste any money on this one, she is content with losing!!!!
