Initial communication before move was good. 3 men showed and the lead mover was courteous, the younger two cussed in front of my kids and were not at all careful with our items, not knowing how to wrap a dining hutch and ramming a fridge into a doorway to make it go through until we had to say whoa! Stop! Movers were to meet my husband at house 25 minutes away, he got there and waited another 30 minutes before they arrived, this would put them up to another hour on the clock.
Don't email in to schedule your move! I received confirmation of the date and time my move was scheduled. On the day of our move I hadn't received a courtesy call so I called in to make sure everything was still a go; they didn't have me on the schedule. We had to be out of our apartment that day. Not cool. I hope to never move again, but if I do I will not be choosing this company. I'm sure the movers are great, but the office staff dropped the ball on this one. They didn't even try to get someone for a late night move to correct the problem, all I got was "I'm sorry." Customer Service at its finest!
I would not at all recommend this company and am thankful we did not have them move more of our items. Pretty sad when 2 teenagers and 3 adults can do a packing job for a 2500 sq ft house and nothing breaks but this company can't handle moving a few appliances.

I called and left a message for Rose right away and did not get a call back for 4 days. I explained what happened and the language used, she assured me she would talk with them and asked that I send pictures. I asked if she had already seen pictures as the lead mover took some with his phone and she said no, I should have know how things would go from there.The move date was July 13th and I have yet to hear back from her.
Upon arrival at our new home my husband found that our 1 year old dryer was not just slightly damaged but majorly dented in several places and the control panel broken all along where it meets with the frame. The movers finished the job (was a small job of just appliances and 1 couch set/dining hutch) and gave us a whole $120 refund on our bill (the amount equaled the overcharge on time) on a 1 year old $700 dryer.
Moving staff were fast and efficient.
Excellent Customer Service both in the office and your movers. Friendly, prompt on the time and estimate and your movers. Great guys! Used them twice. Highly recommended. :)
Ownership is great! Scheduling was very easy. Packing services are iffy at best. Some items not taken care of (fragile items stacked upside down/under other boxes/etc). Movers were very rude and disrespectful to my wife and I after the move. Stay away!!
