This place is Awesome! Not only is it EXTREMELY CLEAN, the hospitality from the staff is above and beyond Hospitable. Prompt customer service, friendly atmosphere, and the staff went out of their way to help me with any issues I had. I stayed here a week and my experience was pleasant the entire time. The normative culture here is Family oriented perhaps this is why I felt I home. Thank you Holiday Inn!
Cons: We showed up to our room around 8:30pm (after checking in around 2pm but just to grab keys). Our room looked haunted!!! Every single drawer was open at different lengths, couch bed was completely opened up to a bed and chair cushions were flipped up, and microwave door was open with the glass base sitting on the counter (took pictures cause it was so creepy looking). Manager claimed it was how they do inspections of how well the housekeepers do their jobs. Well, PUT IT BACK TOGETHER! The TV doesn’t just turn on with the remote, you have to mess with the source button on the remote before it will even allow you to power it on. My husband ran into the manager in the hallway heading to show someone else how to turn on the TV while heading to ask for shampoo since the housekeeper came in our room to clean but left a note saying they ran out and would be back. Never made the bed up just switched out towels. Weird! To know they were in there but really didn’t do anything. We stayed in room 210...huge stain on the couch cushions. I’m a rewards member for HIE and usually have great experiences. Not this time. Pancake machine was broke, only ice machine not broke was on 3rd floor, and we booked for 2 nights and they only had us down for one night. Would stay again in a pinch but only if there were no other options. This was the most expensive place for this weekend due to first Monday’s but since my hubby was going. Wanted to pay a little more to have a nice room...not impressed. Not much bothers him and he’s the one that told me that we should do a review. Wish we could add pictures!
My room smelled like an ashtray, straight up smoke so when I went down to try to switch rooms the person working WAS ON HIS PERSONAL CELL PHONE and did not hang up when I approached him, I told him my room smelled like an ash try and all he said was "we are fully booked tonight, the best I can do is bring up an air freshener"

We were on the third floor and the room was perfect. And the location of the hotel is perfect for anything you may need. We had no problems with our experience and will definitely be back again
Pros: Close to Canton’s First Monday event, outlet malls and a few restaurants right by the hotel.
Though this facility looks great from the Freeway and provides the same awesome look, when arriving at the facility. The ease of access is yet to be desired, along with missing names on the street sign, making it worse. Nonetheless, the price is great, a good IHOP close by and the employees, are friendly, along with being able to provide guidance on surrounding area.
