It doesn’t deserve a star. This summer a dog was locked in a hot car and close to death but they refused to anything! Would not even make an announcement over the intercom for the owner to come forward when given all of the car information! Thank God the police did consider it an emergency and rescued the dog. The store is over run with kids that are completely out of control and parents who do nothing about it nor does management who after seeing that an elderly woman had been knocked down by a kid who ran directly into her just stands there while a shopper helps her up. Absolutely the trashiest place I have ever seen. Go to Forney!
She very rudely replied "Well it's not always the one lined up with the tag, but I guess I'll go check it!" In a very rude tone.
Haven't been to the Walmart in Terrell in many years move to Wills Point which is pretty close to there so I went there last night for Black Friday I had a TV on layaway that I could not move because they didn't have a service center open so I picked out a Sharp Aquos TV as the manager told me that I wouldn't have to pay the 10% on my hundred dollars that I had bought that I had put down on my TV because it was not open I return to the store today to try to get my money back the lady there very unfriendly manager back in the back office don't know her name but she had green stars tattooed behind her ears very unfriendly lady there are some very friendly people there one man who helped my father get a TV was a great gentleman in the back it's funny how everywhere you go you have one of them you would think the people that own the store would get rid of those folks no big deal just don't like being told something knowing something else is going to happen beware of three stars behind the ear maybe four stars behind the ear can't miss her
Do yourself a favor and go to the forney Walmart. The Terrell Walmart is completely overrun by birds, employees throw mass quantities of bread outside which keeps the hoard of birds there. It's so bad that you'll either get crapped on like I did or come out to birds hanging out all over your car.
My friend and I went into the store to pick up a booster seat for my boyfriends daughter. We grabbed one that we thought was $20, but when we got to the register, it rang up at $35. We let the very nice cashier (think her name was Karen, but I could be wrong) know that we thought it was $20. She called a CSM over for the price check. We let Cheryl know that we made sure to read the tag to make sure it was that price.
On the bright side our cashier was very nice and pleasant to talk to while waiting for TEN MINUTES for Cheryl to come back with her obnoxiously rude tone.
I like going here but when your always ready to check out you can't find a cashier. I don't like the self check out because none are ever open. So waiting for this cashier yesterday was annoying. She was to busy talking to the other cashier on 7.
It took her about 10 minutes to come back. When she returned she brought back two other employees and very rudely told us we had the wrong one and that she was going to prove it to us with pictures she took. One of the employees even commented on how misleading the price tags were back there.
Cheryl was very rude.
Don't bother talking to the manager, he'll just say "insects" keep the literal hundreds of birds in the parking lot, not the ton of bread they throw out there. Literally got told that a bird crapping on my head was good luck and that there's nothing they can do.
The point wasn't to prove to us we were wrong. We weren't trying to pay less than what the item was priced at. We just accidentally grabbed the wrong one. She insisted on showing us the pictures, which I replied that there was no need for it and that we would take the booster seat we thought we picked up originally.
