Their new car wash is incredible. Completely refurbished and way better than the previous. Can tell that they're still trying to build the customer base backup and work the bugs out on their new menu. But with the new equipment can tell that the future is bright. But as always and has always been. The mechanic shop is on point. Ran by one of the best shop managers I've ever known. Jordan Peck. He's always busy. But as always will do whatever he can to help. If he gives you his opinion. I would take it. I've been wrong he was always right. LOL OnPoint! Chris Simpson is the owner and understands people. Never thinks he's bigger than the next man. LOL and is a good person to spend your money with.
Corie the lady at the front desk is sooo helpful. I would even recommend a promotion for her. I just moved here from out of town and definitely will be a repeat customer. The guys there are great too. Andrew the man who changed my oil was very kind and informative. He checked all my gages and was very honest with his service. As a women i can actually go and get my oil changed with the worry of someone telling me that there is a part on my car that needs to be repaired. But they will honestly tell you if something is wrong! I have gotten my oil changed at NTB and yes the price is 19.99 but the oil itself is not as good as Kwik Kar. Yes you pay a little more but hey you do get what you pay for!! So. I gove Kwik Kar a 10

Had oil changed and car wash. Ended up with a broken windshield because it got stuck in car wash tunnel. Owner did not want to warranty saying it was not their fault. I guess is my fault for going to places I don't know. Had to put a star to able to rate (wouldn't of given them sh***!)
